Nick Varga

Nick Varga has spent more than 10 years helping individuals and families navigate the homebuying process with clear communication, personal guidance, and a commitment to making the experience feel less stressful.

Originally from Trenton, New Jersey, Nick has called Lancaster County home for the past 20 years. That personal experience gives him a unique perspective when working with clients who are relocating to Pennsylvania and building a life in a new community. He understands that buying a home is about much more than financing — it is often the start of an entirely new chapter.

Nick works with a wide range of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers, veterans, repeat buyers, and real estate investors. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals, explain available financing options, and provide honest guidance throughout the process.

Relationships are at the heart of Nick’s business. He genuinely enjoys getting to know the people and stories behind every loan and believes strong communication and personal service make all the difference.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling, listening to live music, cycling throughout Lancaster County, and following Penn State Wrestling. He is also a proud father to his daughter, Olivia, who is currently pursuing a nursing degree in college.
