Greg Dalgarno

Greg Dalgarno is the VP, Strategic Partnerships – Builder at New American Funding, where he helps lead and support NAF’s builder lending strategy across the country.

Greg graduated from Drexel University and began his mortgage career in 2010 as a Loan Officer. Early in his career, he discovered a strong passion for the builder side of the business — building relationships, creating strategy, and helping loan officers grow through meaningful builder partnerships.

Today, Greg works with branch managers, regional leaders, recruiters, and loan officers to identify builder opportunities, support builder-focused recruiting, and help teams strengthen their approach to this important part of the business. He is known for being collaborative, knowledgeable, and focused on helping others create long-term success.

Greg lives in Maryland with his wife, Jenny, and their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys Eagles football, golf, and spending time with his family.
