For more than 35 years, Holly Lyle has had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate important financial decisions, including one of the biggest of all — homeownership.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer with New American Funding, licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware, Holly is committed to educating, guiding, and empowering clients to make confident home financing decisions through clear communication, trusted advice, and personalized mortgage strategies.

Throughout her career, Holly has learned that a mortgage is about much more than numbers and interest rates. Every client has a unique story, goals, concerns, and circumstances. She works with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, veterans, self-employed clients, homeowners exploring refinancing options, and individuals navigating major life transitions.

As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®), Holly has specialized training in helping divorcing homeowners understand the mortgage and real estate considerations that may come with divorce settlements. She works closely with clients and their professional advisors to help them make informed decisions about the marital home and their future housing goals.

Clients appreciate Holly’s patience, responsiveness, communication, and ability to make complex mortgage concepts easier to understand. Her goal is to remove uncertainty from the process, create a clear path forward, and help clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the community, serving with The Pilot Club of Lancaster and Servant Stage, traveling, reading, antiquing, exercising, and enjoying life with her husband, Ken, and their family.
