Barbara Grogg proudly leads high-performing mortgage teams with New American Funding across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. Her teams serve homebuyers, homeowners, real estate professionals, builders, and referral partners throughout Central Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and Northern Maryland.

Barbara began her mortgage career in 2006 and has built her leadership around relationships, communication, education, trust, and a deep commitment to helping people grow. While she no longer personally originates loans, she remains a trusted resource for past clients, referral partners, friends, family, and the communities her teams serve.

Today, Barbara’s focus is on developing strong loan officers, branch managers, and mortgage teams through coaching, systems, accountability, and support. She believes great lending starts with great people and is passionate about creating a culture where mortgage professionals are coached, supported, and empowered to grow without sacrificing their health, family, or quality of life.

Barbara’s teams are known for expert guidance, exceptional communication, strong local relationships, and a client-first experience from start to finish. Her leadership philosophy is simple: build people, not just production.

Barbara lives in Mechanicsburg with her daughter and values time with family above all else. Outside of work, she loves traveling, live music, spending time at the beach, and creating experiences and memories with the people she cares about most.
